I can teach you mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you reduce stress, increase focus, and improve your overall well-being. I help individuals to find peace and purpose in their lives, providing positive guidance, setting goals, and building strategies for self - discovery. As a health and wellness coach, I also help support you in discovering deeper aspects of your spiritual lives based on Christian and biblical principles.
I provide mentoring to adult women ages 18 & up. In this mentoring program, we have fellowship and I help guide and educate about life experiences such as sexual relations, drugs, mental health, physical health, wellness, human anatomy, purpose, career goals, finances, relationships / marriage, and more based on Christian and biblical principles.
